Excel Keyboard Shortcuts

I always think microsoft excel is a great tool for works. how do you think of it?

I use excel to plan,to log,to calculate,to process data...

And excel can complete jobs greatly.

And if shortcuts are used , jobs can be done double excellent!!

The following are some shortcuts i often used, hope they can help ;-)

1.Move to the previous sheet in the workbook :

CTRL+PAGE UP

Select the current and next sheet.
2.Move to the previous sheet in the workbook :

CTRL+PAGE DOWN

3. To access the menu: press

/

or

ALT

keys.

upzip files in batches via winRAR command line

command line do not have a friendly interface for user,
but sometimes  work very effectively.
especially when you face the problem i meet:

i download a lot of compressed packs.
And they are very huge in size. but i have to uncompress them before using them.
it's a waste of time for me to uncompress one by one and to check
if this one is completed extra files so i can goto next one.

is there a way that can extra files from all these packages

automatically one by one without anyone's attendance?

Sorting via Expressions

Sorting your results using column data is all well and good,
but sometimes you might need to sort by something that is not stored in the
database, and possibly doesn't appear anywhere in your query. You can add an
expression to your order by clause to handle such situations. For
example, perhaps you would like to sort your customer data by the last three
digits of the customer's Federal ID number (which is either a Social Security
number for individuals or a corporate ID for businesses):
